FAQ

  • The simple answer is no. A logo alone doesn’t tell the full story of your brand. We create complete visual identities that bring your brand’s personality, values, and message to life, making sure every touchpoint feels intentional and memorable.

  • I usually book 1–2 months in advance, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you start thinking about working with a designer - and well before your deadline.

  • We work with brands in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and the creative industries — both in Poland and internationally. Our clients share a common vision: to grow with intention and build a strong digital presence that blends aesthetic appeal with smart strategy.

  • We work with a range of creative and lifestyle businesses, including interior designers and architects, beauty and skincare brands, fashion and apparel brands, wellness and holistic health studios, life and business coaches, and bridal and wedding services.

  • Our signature branding process generally takes 2–8 weeks, depending on the package you choose, with website design taking an additional 2–4 weeks. Every project is unique, however, so timelines may vary based on the scope and complexity of your specific needs.

  • We could, but we won’t. Storytelling and strategy are at the core of everything we do, which is why we prefer to work with clients from the very beginning. By shaping the brand story together from day one, we’re able to create work that’s cohesive, intentional, and built for long-term impact - brands we’re genuinely proud to stand behind.

Because of this approach, website, packaging, print, and digital design services are available exclusively to past and current branding clients.

  • We work exclusively on Squarespace, so every site we create is easy to manage and looks great.

  • Yes! We include a handover session so you can learn how to manage your website confidently. You’ll be able to add new content, update pages, and make changes on your own once our collaboration is complete.

  • Our standard terms are 50% deposit to secure your booking and 50% on project completion. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your spot in our calendar and allows us to allocate resources for your project. Custom payment plans can be arranged based on project scope.

  • I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts and website mockups, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want to add more revisions, there will be a charge added to your final bill for each extra round option.

  • First, please fill out THIS form. I will then reach out to schedule a CONSULTATION CALL, where we’ll go over the details of your project and collaboration. After the call, I’ll require your initial deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. Please note: my calendar typically books 1–2 months in advance!

  • For each project, there are set deadlines for me to present concepts and for you to provide feedback. I always allow 7 days for you to share your feedback or until we can schedule a call to review things together. If I’m waiting on something from you (feedback, copy, materials, etc.) and don’t hear back within 15 days of your due date, I reserve the right to put the project on hold or cancel it, and you will be responsible for paying for work completed up to that point. Rescheduling may also incur a fee. I do my best to avoid this, but sometimes it’s necessary to keep the project moving smoothly.

  • You’ll be very involved! Collaboration and communication are really important to me, because at the end of the day, your website is the public face of your business – it has to be right for you. My design and development process is carefully mapped out so that your input is requested at all the key stages. We’ll stay in touch regularly, and your feedback throughout the project will help make sure the final result perfectly reflects your vision.

  • Ideally, yes. Having your website copy and photography ready allows me to create a Squarespace website that truly reflects your brand and clearly communicates your message. When strong visuals and well-written copy come together with thoughtful design, your website is far more likely to connect with and capture the attention of your ideal clients. If your copy or photography isn’t ready yet, it’s best to schedule your website design for a little later. I’m more than happy to support you in the meantime by sharing helpful resources and recommending trusted copywriters and photographers who can assist you. In the worst case, we can also work with high-quality stock photography, which can be licensed and purchased if needed. If you’d like to secure a spot in advance, we can absolutely do that and begin your Squarespace website as soon as everything is in place. If you have any questions around timing, stock images, or would like recommendations, feel free to reach out.

  • Not all assets are free. While we pride ourselves on sourcing as many free assets as possible for our clients, we prioritise finding the right asset rather than simply a free one. Additional costs may include: font licenses, brand or stock photography, copywriting, advanced SEO, website themes, website hosting and subscriptions, printing fees, and additional revisions.

  • Not at all. We help small brands establish a refined, strategic presence from the ground up. Professional branding and a thoughtfully designed website are one of the smartest investments you can make - and we’ll ensure it positions your business for growth and long-term success.

  • We focus on designing your packaging and print materials - creating custom layouts, preparing print-ready files, and ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with your brand. While we don’t manage production directly, you’ll have access to our curated list of trusted printers and vendors to guide your next steps. This approach gives you the flexibility to choose options that suit your timeline, budget, and location, while ensuring all files are professionally prepared for a smooth, hassle-free process.

  • No problem at all! We’d be happy to discuss the available options and find the best solution for your needs. Simply email us at hello@rozyckastudio.com, and we can take it from there.

  • The Studio is open Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm (UTC/GMT +01:00)
    Friday–Sunday: We’re off - recharging our creativity.

We usually reply within 24 hours during our studio hours. If things get extra busy, it might take a little longer — but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!

  • A Brand Guideline is a document that defines how your brand should look and communicate across all channels. It acts like an instruction manual for your brand, helping to maintain a consistent visual identity and overall impression. It’s useful for you as the brand owner to apply your new brand consistently, and also for any designers, developers, or marketers who work with your brand in the future, ensuring it always appears professional, cohesive, and recognizable.
