RENWERK is a Switzerland-based creative studio specializing in high-end architectural visualization, 3D graphics, and spatial communication. Founded and owned by Michał Baurycza, the brand operates at the intersection of architecture, technology, and visual storytelling. Before founding RENWERK, Michał Baurycza gained professional experience working at the renowned architectural studio Herzog & de Meuron. RENWERK supports architects, developers, and creative teams in translating complex ideas into clear, emotionally engaging visuals. The studio delivers photorealistic renderings, animations, interactive experiences, and VR-based presentations that not only showcase projects but also communicate their intent, atmosphere, and spatial logic. Rooted in an architectural mindset, RENWERK values precision, transparency, and collaboration. Every project is approached with a deep understanding of the design process, technical accuracy, and a strong focus on the client’s goals. PROJECT BACKGROUND
The project focused on creating a new visual identity for RENWERK, including the logo, color palette, and a flexible symbol system with potential for interactive and animated use across digital platforms. The goal was to build a brand identity that reflects RENWERK’s core values: professionalism, clarity, technological advancement, and architectural precision - while remaining dynamic and future-oriented. The visual system needed to work seamlessly in static applications as well as in motion, interactive presentations, and immersive environments. The color palette draws inspiration from the Rhine River, which flows through Basel, where the brand is based. Subtle references to water, depth, flow, and reflection were translated into a modern, restrained color system - evoking calm confidence, continuity, and movement. This connection anchors the brand in its geographic and cultural context while reinforcing its architectural foundation. The logo and sygnet were designed as modular elements - capable of transformation, animation, and interaction. This flexibility allows the identity to adapt to various media, from print and digital touchpoints to VR environments and motion graphics, reinforcing RENWERK’s focus on innovation and contemporary visual communication. The result is a coherent, scalable brand identity that serves as a strong foundation for RENWERK’s continued growth - balancing precision with creativity, and structure with motion.
